Swedish Massage – a variety of techniques specifically designed to relax muscles by applying pressure to them.

Deep Tissue Massage – a technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue

Myofascial Release Massage – stretching the fascia and releasing bonds between fascia, integument, and muscle.

Reflexology Massage – is the practice of massaging parts of the feet with the goal of encouraging beneficial effects at other parts of the body.

Hours of operation:
Monday 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
Tuesday 1-5 p.m.
Wednesday 4-8 p.m.
Thursday 1-5 p.m.
Friday 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

- 30 minute Swedish massage: $20
- 60 minute Swedish massage $40
- 90 minute Swedish massage $60

- 60 minute deep tissue massage $50

- 30 minute myofascial massage $20
- 60 minute myofascial massage $40
