Pre-K (ages 4-eligible to attend kindergarten)

Day/Time: Monday-Friday/7 a.m.- 6 p.m.

Session Dates: Year round, fall session begins August 23

Member: $91 (4-5 days) $71 (1-3 days) / Non-Member: $106 (4-5 days) $86 (1-3 days)

$50 registration fee for new enrollees

Program Description: Full-day program designed to help your child prepare for kindergarten. Our loving, well-trained staff build on your child’s natural desire to learn and become more independent. Our age-appropriate activities include self-help skills, science, math, cooking, writing, field trips, swim, outdoor play time, conflict-resolution skills, weekly visits to the library, and physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
 

Preschool (ages 2 yrs 9 months-4 yrs)

Day/Time: Monday-Friday/7 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Session Dates: Year round, fall session begins August 23

Member: $96 per week / Non-Member: $110 per week

$50 registration fee for new enrollees

Program Description: MUST BE POTTY TRAINED. Due to small classroom size, part-time care is not available. Limited number of spaces for children under age 3 years. Our loving, well-trained staff build on your child’s natural desire to learn and become more independent. Our age-appropriate activities include self-help skills, science, math, cooking, writing, field trips, swim, outdoor play time, conflict-resolution skills, weekly visits to the library, and physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
 

Afterschool

Day/Time: Monday-Friday; 2:30-6 p.m.

Session Dates: 2010-2011 School Year

Members: $41 (4-5 days), $35 (1-3 days)/ Non-Member $47 (4-5 days) $45 (1-3 days)

$50 registration fee for new enrollees

$25 supply fee for currently enrolled due by October 1

Program Description Afterschool care is available to children enrolled in Kindergarten – age 12. We pick up from Waynesboro City Schools, Ladd, Hugh K Cassell, Faith Primary, Stump and Stuarts Draft. Our afterschool program provides a daily homework time, library, outdoor play, gym time, arts & crafts, and swimming.
 

Half Day Pre-K 

Day/Time: Monday-Thursday; 8:45-11:45 a.m.

Session Dates: August 23, 2010-May 27, 2011

Member: $130 per month/ Non-Member: $160 per month, $50 registration fee

Program Description ( Limited spaces available.) Our half day program is designed for parents/children who want the structured experience without the full day commitment. It is designed to help your child prepare for Kindergarten. Our loving, well trained staff build on your child’s natural desire to learn and become more independent. Our age appropriate activities include self help skills, science, math, cooking, writing, field trips, swim, outdoor play time, conflict resolution skills, weekly visits to the library, and physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
 

Pre-K/Head Start Afterschool

Day/Time: Monday-Friday/2:30-6 p.m.

Session Dates: 2010-2011 School Year

Member: $150 per month/ Non-Member: $200 per month

$50 registration fee

Program Description: Limited spaces available. This program is part of our pre-K program and is available to children enrolled in pre-K or Head Start. Provided that spaces are available in the pre-K classroom and on the YMCA buses, we will pick up from Waynesboro city schools, Ladd Elementary, Hugh K. Cassell Elementary, Stuarts Draft Elementary, and Stump Elementary. Children enrolled will have the opportunity to participate when school is closed due to teacher work days, inclement weather, etc., at an additional fee.
 

Holiday Camp (currently enrolled)

Day/Time: School Closure due to teacher workdays, holidays, or inclement weather

Session Dates: **See chart below for teacher workdays

Member: $10 per day/ Non-Member: $12 per day (in addition to regularly scheduled tuition)
