Silver Sneaker Fitness Program

Silver Sneaker is the perfect class for older adults and rehab exercisers looking to improve their strength for daily activities. As a participant, you’ll feel good and have fun while moving through a variety of exercises designed to increase your strength, balance, range of motion, endurance and physical skills required for daily living. The purpose of the Silver Sneaker program is to provide a universal fitness benefit for managed care organizations’ Medicare members through an exclusive network of contracted fitness centers and approved fitness classes

Water Fitness: It’s Not Just For Women! Men Are Welcome To Join!

Water aerobics is recommended by exercise physiologists for the general population as well as for those with arthritis, pregnant women, overweight and active older adults! No swimming skills are required, unless indicated.

As with all exercise programs, please consult your doctor before beginning classes.

Power Of Water

8:15 – 9:15 a.m. Monday and Wednesday and Friday

This is a high-intensity class which combines shallow water kickboxing and circuit training and aerobic conditioning moves with a suspended deep water segment for extra challenge. Designed for all ages and all levels.

Seniors Surprise

Monday – Friday 12 noon

This low-intensity class will provide benefits including greater joint range of motion, muscle strengthening, cardiovascular stimulation, and fun interaction.

Multiple Sclerosis Water Exercise

Your life will never be the same once you experience this inspiring water exercise program held in the lap pool. Not only will it be therapeutic physically but mentally as well. Learn to increase your range of motion, stabilize your balance and build your strength. Physician release required prior to class participation.

Monday and Friday 10-10:45 a.m.

$55 for 10 sessions non-member

Happy Ducks

M/W/F 1-2 p.m.

Ages 55 and older.

A great way to meet people and get a water workout at the same time. This program is designed to create camaraderie and develop spirit, mind and body!!! Lanes open to lap swimmers at 1:30 p.m.
