Holly Rillinger at the Y

As a child, Holly Rilinger played basketball in the gyms at the Waynesboro Family YMCA.  With her competitive spirit and an “anything is possible” attitude, she was named state player of the year for Waynesboro High School and #1 Point Guard in the nation by USA TODAY when she was 18 years old.

Holly went on to play basketball for James Madison University, during which she studied Kinesiology. After graduating from JMU Holly played professionally both abroad and in the WNBA.

Now, Holly is an AFAA certified personal trainer and kickboxing instructor. Holly is a NIKE Master Trainer and Master Spin Instructor for the largest and most successful spin companies in the world, Flywheel.

Traveling the world and spreading a positive message about the importance of fitness, Holly recently returned from Africa where she created and implemented a PE program for a girls’ school in The Congo.

Currently one of NYC’s top personal trainers, Holly challenges others to take a look at personal obstacles: set the goal, committo it and then do it.

Holly Rilinger will be speaking at the Waynesboro Family YMCA on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at 2 pm.  Come and join us for this special event.
