Mix It Up with Body Groove

The Waynesboro Family YMCA offers a wide variety of fitness classes for members.  We would like to introduce our newest addition to our fitness schedule starting in February 2013:  Body Groove.  Body Groove is a fitness class which helps you be active and exercise your way to weight loss or maintaining a strong lean body.

We will learn some simple moves (no more than 3 per song), jazz it up to make it yours, and have fun.  No worries about left or right, coordination, or having 2 left feet.  This class is super simple to follow for all ages and fitness levels.  Simply taking this class or in combination with strength training and you will see results.

We will be have a Body Groove Class on February 9, 2013 at 10 am and February 20, 2013 at noon.  At the Y, a supportive community is a big part of fitness and wellness. You’ll find people just like yourself trying to live life a little bit healthier – at every age and stage of life, at every level of activity.
