Fall Prevention Workshop: Using the Principles of Tai Chi

Balance not what it used to be?  Have increased fear of falling?  Try this1 1/2 hour workshop where you can learn and practice easy skills based upon Tai Chi principles.  You’ll learn ways to step in a safer way, and correct posture to help improve balance.

As we age, physiological changes cause our balance to become challenged.  More Medicare dollars go for fall related injuries/illnesses than any other causes, and in some cases lead to death.
