Introduction to Meditation

Meditation cultivates peace of mind and relaxation, and contributes to your overall health and happiness.  In this workshop, you will learn and practice a variety of meditation techniques from different traditions; plus simple, fun exercises that prepare you for sitting. It’s a great way to recharge and renew your spirit for the holidays!  And it’s a great opportunity to discover the methods of meditation you enjoy and would like to practice regularly, to bring more serenity and balance into your daily life.
