Lifeguard Review Course: May 21

Has your lifeguard certification recently expired or will expire in the near future? Then this is the course for you.

The one-day course offered on Sunday, May 21, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. is intended for individuals that need to renew their American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification. All skills and written test material (including: Lifeguarding, CPR, AED and First Aid) will be tested in a shorter, challenge format.

The purpose of a review course is to give individuals the opportunity to review the course content within a formal setting. The review course format optimizes a participant’s ability to prepare for the final written exam as well as the final skills tests. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive Red Cross Lifeguarding/First Aid and CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers certificates valid for two years.

To be eligible for the Lifeguard Training Review course, participants must have valid Lifeguard and CPR/AED certifications. Participants must provide copies of certifications at the time of course registration. Individuals that do not have eligible certificates may not participate in the LG Review course; they can only participate in a full course.
