High-energy motivational group exercise
Enjoy working out with other people? Try our high-energy motivational group exercise classes! Our trained staff is dedicated to leading you in a great motivational class for both men and women of all ages and levels. We recommend your doctor’s okay before starting any exercise program. Our Child Watch is available during Group Exercise. See Child Watch for hours.

Cardio Crazy class will consist of any combination of two cardio forms for 20-minutes each, followed by a muscle segment.
Combat Training is a diverse array of calisthenics and exercises focusing on the core muscle groups designed to improve strength, stamina and endurance. This class is appropriate for all levels and provides modified movements for beginners while challenging advanced fitness levels.
Cycle Spinning is a great work out for any fitness level. Get on the exercise bike, put on your heart monitor and do specific workouts to train the body in different ways. Train in Endurance, Strength, Interval and Race Day (the ultimate challenge)!
Kickboxing is a great cardio workout. Kick your way into fitness!
Pilates is a one-hour work out that features mat work exercises designed to stretch and strengthen the body. The exercises will tone muscles, improve posture, increase flexibility, improve balance, and unite mind and body.
Pump It Up is a group weight training class. All major muscle groups are worked in this one hour class utilizing barbells, dumbbells, exercise balls, medicine balls, and rubber tubing.
Qigong (pronounced “chee-gung) is an internal Chinese meditative practice which often uses slow graceful movements and controlled breathing techniques to promote the circulation of qi within the human body, and enhance a practitioner’s overall health. In its simplest form, the Chinese character for qi, in qigong, can mean air, breath, or “life force”. Gong means work, so qigong is therefore the practice of “working” with ones “life force” More info: check out qi@qigonginstitute.org.
Silver Sneakers/Yoga Stretch and Silver Sneakers/Muscular Strength and Range of Movement are unique classes for older adults to improve balance, body position, strength, and flexibility.
Yoga teaches the yoga postures (asana), breathing practices (pranayama) and deep relaxation and meditation practices. Not sure which level is for you? Come try a class and our instructor will help guide you to the appropriate class.
Zumba is a Latin dance class with a fitness flair. The dances include merengue, salsa, cumbia, belly dancing, hip hop and calypso. Zumba Fusion includes the above dances plus some light weight training and abs at the end. A great way to burn fat and calories while having fun!

Youth Strength Training
Mandatory for Youth ages 12-16 to be able to use fitness equipment!
Meets third Tuesday of each month, 6:00pm
Ages 12-15
In this course youth receive instruction on the safe and proper ways to workout with weight machines, free weights and cardiovascular equipment. You must attend all classes to receive certification and be able to use the weight room.
