No matter what condition the economy is in, your YMCA has never turned anyone away due to an inability to pay. As our economy continues to struggle, families, children, adults, and seniors are reaching out to your YMCA to provide programming that builds healthy mind, body, and spirit. Last year alone, the YMCA provided over $130,000 in scholarships to needy families that otherwise could not afford our services. 42% of the kids we serve in childcare are currently receiving scholarships or subsidy – and the need continues to grow.

One of our loyal supporters is once again challenging our community to ensure that our Y can continue to make a difference in the lives of so many of our neighbors. All new or increased giving over last year will be matched dollar for dollar, if the gifts are received by December 21st. You can double your donation and double your YMCA’s ability to serve all the citizens of our community!

	$30.00	Allows a child in our community to participate in martial arts or youth instructional classes.

	$45.00	Allows a child in our community to participate in our Basketball League.
	$109.00	Pays for a child to participate in our quality childcare program for one week.
	$120.00	Allows a disabled child to participate in our Adaptive Exercise Classes for 3 months.
	$600.00	Pays for a year membership for a single parent family looking for a safe place for their children to have fun and participate in activities together.
