The goal of this program is to introduce the realm of wellness and general fitness to the employee population through its corporate partners Human Resource and Benefits departments. The subject matter of its program is now at the forefront of public health discussion and represents a timely benefit to each and every participating employee. Through a combination of on-site and off-site educational fitness programs and facilities, the initiative seeks to:
*Improve your employees overall mental and physical well-being.
*Improve productivity through increased health and happiness.
*Improve group cohesion, team building and work morale.
*Reduce absenteeism.
*Reduce health care claims.
These benefits are largely dependant on factors such as the support given to the Initiative by our corporate partners, participant dedication, and the level of participant involvement and retention.
The corporate Wellness Initiative provides businesses with a valuable, high visibility tool to demonstrate its dedication to its employee population. The initiative may be utilized for a targeted employee group or a general population. The Initiative can provide a comprehensive program encompassing all aspects of the programs offerings or refined programs targeting specific offerings as interest and resources allow.
The Corporate Wellness Initiative provides a strong vehicle to lead program participants to beneficial lifestyle change and its partners to increase employee satisfaction and productivity.
