Older Active Adults
Adults of every age and ability are invited to attend our active adult programs. We are proud to provide the Healthways SilverSneakers Fitness Program.
Tuesday/Thursday, 11:10 am – 12 pm
A blend of three yoga styles to create a harmony of movement for the whole body. Yoga Stretch is taught from sitting and standing positions. This class offers a variety of safe and effective options designed to increase flexibility.
Tuesday/Thursday, 12:10 pm – 1 pm
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are used for resistance.
