Floor Fitness
YOGA STRETCH

A blend of three yoga styles to create a harmony of movement for the whole body. Yoga Stretch is taught from a seating and standing position to enhance the flow and energy created in combination with restorative breathing exercises. The class offers a variety of safe and effective options designed to increase flexibility and improve each individual’s sense of well being.
MUSCULAR STRENGTH & RANGE OF MOVEMENT

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Wake up your senses with this high intensity aqua class to start your day off right! The class concentrates on strength training components for upper and lower body including water resistance equipment. Great for cross training and all levels of fitness.

Low-intensity class with a focus on stretching muscles to allow greater range of motion and less pain!
HAPPY DUCKS

A great way to meet people and get a water workout at the same time. This program is designed for ages 55 and older to create camaraderie and develop spirit, mind and body!
SILVER SPLASH

The Silver Splash Program is a series of water activity sessions led by trained personnel. Though it should not replace therapeutic exercise, studies have shown the program can decrease pain and improve joint flexibility.

This low intensity class will provide benefits including greater joint range of motion, muscle strengthening, cardio-vascular stimulation, and fun interaction.
