Augusta Health, YMCA teaming up on Health Fair

The Waynesboro YMCA will play host to a Health Fair being put on by the Y and Augusta Health on Thursday, July 22, from 4-8 p.m.

The highlights of the event include:

Heart Health, Cath Lab, Stroke Assessment, Tobacco Cessation,
Chronic Disease Management, BMI and Nutrition
Free Screenings for Blood Pressure and Glucose

YMCA

Interactive Fitness activities
Free 10 minute mini class samples
Easy home fitness activities
A free YMCA pass to all activity participants
Free Fitness Assessment: BMI, Body Fat Percentage
