The Waynesboro Family YMCA is announcing the following information with regard to 2010 basketball camps and summer basketball leagues.

Rookie Division awards set for Sunday
The awards ceremony for the Rookie Division of the YMCA youth basketball league is set for Sunday, March 7, at 5:30 p.m.
The ceremony will follow the final two games of the 2010 season in the Rookie Division. The consolation championship will tip off at 3 p.m. with #3 seed Arcam Construction playing #4 seed McDonald’s. The championship game will pit #1 seed and regular-season champion DavNer Realty versus #6 seed Belle Grae Inn at 4:15 p.m.

Rookie tournament update: Regular-season champion DavNer Realty will face #5 seed Tom Shumate Surveyor and #2 seed Tailgate Grill will square off with #6 seed Belle Grae Inn in the semifinals of the Rookie Tournament Sunday evening.
The Tailgate Grill (4-2-1) vs. Belle Grae Inn (2-5) game will tip off at 5:15 p.m. Sunday.
The DavNer Realty (6-0) vs. Tom Shumate Surveyor (4-3) game tips at 6:15.
The Rookie Tournament championship game is set for Sunday, March 7, at 4:!5 p.m.
In consolation round action, Arcam Construction (3-3-1) will play Rockingham Group-L.W. Baker Insurance (1-6) on Sunday at 7:30 p.m.
Two consolation round games are scheduled for Monday, March 1. The loser of the Tailgate Grill-Belle Grae Inn game will face McDonald’s (3-4) at 5:30 p.m. The loser of the DavNer Realty-Tom Shumate Surveyor game will play the winner of the Arcam Construction-Rockingham Group game at 6:30 p.m.
